KIDS JIU-JITSU CLASSES
Our kids jiu-jitsu program is built to challenge and develop young athletes. Through structured drills and live training, students build body coordination and control, discipline, focus, and the confidence to work through challenges under pressure.

MINI MONSTERS (AGES 3 ½ - 6)
Our Mini Monsters program introduces young children to the foundations of jiu-jitsu in a fun, structured, and supportive environment. Through games and age-appropriate drills, students develop coordination, balance, focus, and body awareness while learning to follow directions, participate in class, and work with others. The goal of this program is to build confidence, discipline, and a strong foundation for future martial arts training.
KIDS JIU-JITSU (AGES 7+)
Our Kids Jiu-Jitsu program is designed for students who are ready to learn, work hard, and grow through the practice of martial arts. Through structured drills, live training, and consistent coaching, students build coordination, discipline, focus, and confidence while learning practical jiu-jitsu skills in a safe and respectful environment.
At Kaijin, students are expected to listen well, train hard, and treat their coaches and teammates with respect. As they progress, they learn how to stay calm under pressure, solve problems in real time, and meet challenges with discipline and focus. For students who are interested, there are also opportunities to test their skills in competition and experience the sport side of jiu-jitsu in a healthy, supportive setting.
TEENS/BASICS (AGES 13+)
Our Teen / Basics class is a great starting point for older kids and beginner adults who want to build a strong foundation in jiu-jitsu. Classes cover the core movements and positions of jiu-jitsu, along with fundamental drills, escapes, passes, submissions, and defenses that students will build on as they progress. Because teens in this class train alongside adults, they are expected to participate with focus, maturity, and respect.
