When Jeremy Allen began training Brazilian jujitsu (BJJ) in 2006, little did he know that it would become one of the great passions of his life. When he began to help teach the children’s jujitsu classes several years later, he did not know that teaching children would become the other great passion of his life. Now, as the main instructor of Kaijin’s children’s classes, Jeremy is able to combine those two passions in a manner that makes him a unique and highly effective teacher. Jeremy is both a well-rounded BJJ instructor, teaching children of all ages, some as young as three, and, with a U.S. Brazilian Jujitsu Open championship and several amateur boxing matches to his credit, a well-rounded martial artist. Kaijin is more than just a job to Jeremy, it is a family affair. Not only does he teach and train at Kaijin, but his two children are also regulars on the mat in his jujitsu classes.
