Seminar with Grand Master Francisco Mansur Thursday, December 3rd
This Thursday Grand Master Francisco Mansur will be teaching a special seminar at Kaijin / West Cliff Jiu Jitsu Club. Francisco Mansur is one of Helio Gracie’s original students and has spent nearly 50 years devoted to the gentle art. He has earned the highest possible rank – 9th degree Red Belt (the 10th degree has been reserved for the founders of the art – all of whom have since passed away). Additionally, Grand Master Mansur is part of our lineage here at WCJJC in that he is Claudio Franca’s instructor and Claudio is who showed us the path of Jiu Jitsu making Francisco Mansur our Jiu Jitsu Grandfather of sorts. In addition to being an incredibly inspirational, passionate and technical instructor, he is perhaps the most charismatic person you will ever meet. It is impossible to forget his remarkable stories and observations. Just the question and answer portion will be worth the cost of admission.
