ADCC 2009 Submission Grappling World Championships this weekend
The 2009 edition of the Abu Dhabi Combat Club Submission Grappling World Championships are this weekend in Barcelona. Having just returned from his training camp in New York, I predict that he will once again win in dominant fashion. In the lightweight category, Cobrinha is making his ADCC debut and will no doubt have his hands full with perhaps the most stacked division in the entire tournament including Rani Yahra, Leo Viera, Rafeal Mendes, Jeff Glover and Ryan Hall. The heavier weight classes are going to be super exciting as well with all the big names present – Saulo, Xande, Braulio, Tarsis, Romulo, Monson, Werdum and Pe de Pano – to name a few. In the superfight Jacare will take on Robert Drysdale. I wish I was in Barcelona!!!
