I decided to show the kickboxing class some love this week. These guys and gals really put in the work, going though a fitness routine, technique and light sparring. It’s a smoker. I won’t pretend to talk through the pictures I took since I would be doing a disservice to the technique. What I can tell is that the stations (heavy bag, pull ups, push ups, focus mits, etc.) test your limits and everyone leaves the class spent. I also think that I need to get a high speed digital camera since my iPhone is not capable of capturing the high velocity kicks (BJJ has nice moments of stillness that I can capture). Today, I will just show some of the pictures without comments.
